We want you to be 100% happy with your purchases at OzThongs.

If for some reason you are not happy with your purchase you may return it within 30 days no questions asked for a 100% refund*.

All you need to do is first send us an email to sales@ozthongs.com.au. In this email please include your order number and what your concern is. We will get back to you with our return address details.

You need to carefully repackage the order into a box or satchel and ship via insured registered post. OzThongs is not responsible for lost or damaged returns.

Once we receive the returned package we will check the package and if its new and unworn credit your payment method within 24 hours.

If you wish to exchange an order , email us with the replacement item desired. We will check the warehouse and if its available we will gladly reship the new item to you once your order has been returned.

*There are some conditions:

• Items must be in original condition (Tags Attached , Not Worn, Brand New)
• You will need to let us know within 30 days of original delivery.
